摘要:
目的:探討新型無創(chuàng)牽引夾板的固定效果。方法:隨機選取6名健康成人,分別在受試者腕關(guān)節(jié)的橈側(cè)、尺側(cè)、掌側(cè)、背側(cè)以及橈骨頭下方約3 cm處放置1個薄膜壓力傳感器,并用膠帶固定,分別采用石膏固定和新型無創(chuàng)牽引夾板固定,通過固定壓力數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)采集2種固定方式下不同部位的固定壓力,比較2種固定方式的固定壓力。結(jié)果:新型無創(chuàng)牽引夾板固定在腕關(guān)節(jié)橈側(cè)、尺側(cè)、背側(cè)以及橈骨頭下方約3 cm處的固定壓力均大于石膏固定[(4.10±0.43)kPa,(1.72±0.24)kPa,t=1.858,P=0.032;(2.37±0.24)kPa,(1.66±0.18)kPa,t=5.934,P=0.041;(5.43±0.28)kPa,(3.29±0.45)kPa,t=9.933,P=0.033;(2.12±0.24)kPa,(1.35±0.21)kPa,t=11.662,P=0.034],新型無創(chuàng)牽引夾板固定在腕關(guān)節(jié)掌側(cè)的固定壓力與石膏固定比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[(3.10±0.20)kPa,(2.80±0.33)kPa,t=5.937,P=0.089]。2種固定方式均未出現(xiàn)末梢血液循環(huán)異常現(xiàn)象、皮膚損傷及明顯的受壓痕跡。結(jié)論:新型無創(chuàng)牽引夾板的整體固定效果優(yōu)于石膏固定。
