摘要:
痙攣性斜頸又稱頸部肌張力障礙,臨床上較易診斷,但對其嚴(yán)重程度的評估尚無統(tǒng)一的方法。疾病嚴(yán)重程度的評估對于治療方案的制定和優(yōu)化具有重要的意義。本文從臨床檢查方法和評價(jià)量表2個(gè)方面對痙攣性斜頸臨床評估方法的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
