摘要:
膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是中老年人常見疾病之一,主要表現(xiàn)為膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、疼痛和功能障礙。目前KOA的具體發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全明確,但學(xué)界普遍認(rèn)為KOA的發(fā)生是多因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,其中膝關(guān)節(jié)生物力學(xué)改變對KOA的發(fā)生、發(fā)展具有較大的影響。隨著生物力學(xué)研究的不斷發(fā)展,以運(yùn)動學(xué)、生物力學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)的運(yùn)動療法逐漸成為KOA的重要治療手段,但運(yùn)動療法種類繁多,缺乏系統(tǒng)的分類與總結(jié)。在KOA療效評價方面,生物力學(xué)評價指標(biāo)與方法日益受到學(xué)界的關(guān)注,但目前仍缺少基于生物力學(xué)的系統(tǒng)、可量化的療效評價體系。本文從KOA的生物力學(xué)機(jī)制、運(yùn)動療法、生物力學(xué)評價指標(biāo)、生物力學(xué)評價方法4個方面,對基于生物力學(xué)的KOA運(yùn)動療法與療效評價的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
