摘要:
內(nèi)側(cè)半月板外突可導(dǎo)致半月板的生理功能喪失,從而引起膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎等疾病。目前內(nèi)側(cè)半月板外突的最佳療法尚存在爭(zhēng)議,而內(nèi)側(cè)半月板中心化治療能恢復(fù)內(nèi)側(cè)半月板的生理功能,是目前運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)內(nèi)側(cè)半月板外突進(jìn)行了概述,并從病因、繼發(fā)病理改變、治療方法3個(gè)方面對(duì)內(nèi)側(cè)半月板外突的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
