摘要:
肘管綜合征是尺神經(jīng)在肘部受卡壓引起的一系列神經(jīng)損傷癥狀,是臨床常見(jiàn)的上肢周?chē)窠?jīng)卡壓類(lèi)疾病,精準(zhǔn)診斷對(duì)該病的治療和預(yù)后具有重要價(jià)值。超聲檢查可清晰顯示尺神經(jīng)及其周?chē)Y(jié)構(gòu)的損傷情況,具有直觀(guān)、定位準(zhǔn)確、可實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)觀(guān)測(cè)等優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文對(duì)肘管綜合征的超聲檢查優(yōu)勢(shì)、要點(diǎn)、指標(biāo),以及規(guī)范化問(wèn)題和建議進(jìn)行了綜述。
