摘要:
前外側(cè)韌帶(anterolateral ligament,ALL)被認(rèn)為是膝關(guān)節(jié)前外側(cè)的穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu),有限制脛骨內(nèi)旋和前移的作用。目前,關(guān)于ALL的研究逐漸增多,但大多數(shù)研究局限于ALL的解剖學(xué)和生物力學(xué)方面,而對(duì)于ALL損傷診治方面的研究較少。為了進(jìn)一步了解ALL損傷的診治進(jìn)展,本文從ALL的解剖特點(diǎn)和生物學(xué)特性以及ALL損傷的診斷方法、治療方法和手術(shù)適應(yīng)證4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜述。
