摘要:
椎間盤源性腰痛是常見慢性腰痛之一,約占慢性腰痛的40%。目前,對(duì)椎間盤源性腰痛治療方法的選擇尚存在分歧。采用椎間盤內(nèi)注射亞甲藍(lán)治療椎間盤源性腰痛在臨床上已廣泛應(yīng)用,但仍存在許多問題,如其適應(yīng)證和禁忌證尚未形成統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、亞甲藍(lán)的作用機(jī)制還不完全清楚、臨床療效和療效持續(xù)時(shí)間在不同研究中存在較大差異等。本文對(duì)亞甲藍(lán)進(jìn)行了概述,并從亞甲藍(lán)治療椎間盤源性腰痛的適應(yīng)證和禁忌證、作用機(jī)制、臨床療效、安全性幾個(gè)方面對(duì)椎間盤內(nèi)注射亞甲藍(lán)治療椎間盤源性腰痛的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
