摘要:
前交叉韌帶(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建術是治療ACL損傷的金標準。由于韌帶損傷對下肢神經肌肉控制系統(tǒng)及生物力學結構的影響,ACL損傷的治療不僅需要手術對韌帶進行解剖重建,更需要完善的康復治療體系來恢復患肢的功能。康復治療貫穿ACL損傷治療的全過程,通過肌力、神經肌肉訓練,輔以支具保護、物理治療及心理康復,能最大限度地促進患肢的康復。然而手術前后不同時期康復治療方法的選擇仍需進一步探究,康復流程的標準化仍是進一步研究的重點。為此,本文從術前康復、術后康復及心理康復3個方面,對ACL損傷康復治療的研究進展進行了綜述。
