摘要:
股骨頭壞死的發(fā)病目前呈現(xiàn)出年輕化的趨勢(shì),包括干細(xì)胞移植在內(nèi)的各種保髖療法成為了研究的熱點(diǎn)。骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞和脂肪干細(xì)胞在股骨頭壞死的治療中應(yīng)用最為廣泛,常用的治療方式包括經(jīng)血管灌注、經(jīng)皮置管灌注及髓芯減壓灌注。干細(xì)胞移植主要是通過(guò)其旁分泌作用、增殖能力、分化能力,促進(jìn)壞死區(qū)骨組織再生、血管再生,從而緩解髖關(guān)節(jié)癥狀、延緩股骨頭壞死進(jìn)程。對(duì)于干細(xì)胞移植治療股骨頭壞死作用機(jī)制、細(xì)胞種類(lèi)、細(xì)胞濃度及療程的研究,將有助于進(jìn)一步提高該療法的療效和安全性。
