摘要:
Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)評分量表是由Christopher Constant 和Alan Murley于1986年設(shè)計的,主要應(yīng)用于肩關(guān)節(jié)相關(guān)疾病嚴重程度的評估。該量表具有良好的信度和效度,已經(jīng)被跨文化翻譯成多種語言版本,并經(jīng)過詳細的檢測,廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。該量表在國內(nèi)也應(yīng)用較多,但此前應(yīng)用的中文版Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)評分量表多是對原量表的簡單翻譯,并沒有考慮到語言文化差異,在一些條目上不能真實反映原版量表的內(nèi)涵。我們按照美國矯形外科醫(yī)師協(xié)會的指南對該量表進行了翻譯與檢驗,研制了中文版Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)評分量表。檢驗結(jié)果表明,我們研制的中文版Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)評分量表具有良好的信度和效度,適合以漢語為母語的臨床醫(yī)生和科研工作者使用。
