摘要:
肩袖損傷臨床較為常見(jiàn),多采用肩關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療。雖然肩關(guān)節(jié)鏡技術(shù)日趨成熟,但手術(shù)失敗率仍然較高。肩袖損傷修復(fù)機(jī)制較為復(fù)雜,與多種因素有關(guān)。維生素D是維持骨骼健康的重要物質(zhì),在肩袖損傷修復(fù)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文從維生素D在肌腱-骨界面愈合、肌肉脂肪變性及炎癥反應(yīng)中的作用3個(gè)方面,對(duì)維生素D在肩袖損傷修復(fù)中的作用研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
