摘要:
馬尾神經(jīng)根松弛癥(redundant nerve roots,RNRs)是一種特殊影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),在腰椎管狹窄癥(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)患者中發(fā)生率較高。目前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對RNRs做了較多的相關(guān)研究,但對其發(fā)生率、形成機(jī)制、臨床意義等尚無統(tǒng)一定論。本文從RNRs的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)生率、形成機(jī)制、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷、治療以及RNRs與LSS術(shù)后療效的相關(guān)性幾個方面對RNRs的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
