摘要:
骨關(guān)節(jié)炎以軟骨的進行性破壞為病理特征,是導(dǎo)致老年人慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛和活動障礙的最主要原因。隨著對軟骨代謝分子機制不斷地深入了解,現(xiàn)認為miRNAs具有調(diào)節(jié)軟骨發(fā)育及維持軟骨代謝平衡的作用,是治療骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的新靶點。同時,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)miRNAs可通過對炎性因子及神經(jīng)細胞中致痛因子的調(diào)控,對骨關(guān)節(jié)炎所致疼痛產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文從miRNAs的基本生物學(xué)特性與功能,以及miRNAs與關(guān)節(jié)軟骨、滑膜炎癥和疼痛的關(guān)系等方面的研究進展對miRNAs與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的關(guān)系進行了綜述。
