摘要:
目的:觀察針刺配合口服骨力膠囊治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將60例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)患者隨機分為3組,每組20例,分別采用針刺、口服骨力膠囊、針刺配合口服骨力膠囊治療。分別于治療前和治療1個療程后,記錄并比較3組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分,并于治療1個療程后比較3組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果:①膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分。治療前3組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[(20.63±0.94)分,(20.60±1.99)分,(19.64±2.08)分,F=1.395,P=0.459)]。治療1個療程后3組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[(28.67±1.31)分,(32.08±0.98)分,(33.01±2.04)分,F=18.637,P=0.008)]。進一步兩兩比較,針刺配合口服骨力膠囊組膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分高于針刺組和口服骨力膠囊組(P=0.002,P=0.001); 針刺組與口服骨力膠囊組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.157)。②臨床療效。針刺組臨床控制2例、顯效4例、有效10例、無效4例,口服骨力膠囊組顯效3例、有效8例、無效9例,針刺配合口服骨力膠囊組臨床控制3例、顯效5例、有效12例。針刺配合口服骨力膠囊組的臨床療效優(yōu)于其他2組(R^-針刺配合口服骨力膠囊組=22.82,R^-針刺組=29.65,R^-口服骨力膠囊組=39.02; χ2=0.129,P=0.006)。結(jié)論:采用針刺配合口服骨力膠囊治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,可以明顯改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能,療效優(yōu)于單純采用針刺和口服骨力膠囊治療,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of acupuncture therapy combined with oral application of Guli Jiaonang(骨力膠囊,GLJN)for treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Sixty patients with KOA were randomly divided into 3 groups,20 cases in each group.The patients were treated with acupuncture therapy(acupuncture group),oral application of GLJN(GLJN group)and acupuncture therapy combined with oral application of GLJN(Combination group)respectively.Knee function scores were recorded and compared between the 3 groups before treatment and after one course of treatment respectively,and the clinical curative effects were evaluated and compared between the 3 groups after one course of treatment.Results:There was no statistical difference in knee function scores between the 3 groups before treatment(20.63+/-0.94,20.60+/-1.99,19.64+/-2.08 points,F=1.395,P=0.459).There was statistical difference in knee function scores between the 3 groups after one course of treatment(28.67+/-1.31,32.08+/-0.98,33.01+/-2.04 points,F=18.637,P=0.008).Further pairwise comparison showed that the knee function score of combination group was higher than that of acupuncture group and GLJN group(P=0.002,P=0.001).There was no statistical difference between acupuncture group and GLJN group(P=0.157).The KOA of 2 patients were controlled,4 good,10 fair and 4 poor in acupuncture group; 3 patients got good result,8 fair and 9 poor in the GLJN group; while the KOA of 3 patients were controlled,5 good and 12 fair in combination group.The clinical curative effect was better in combination group compared with the other 2 groups(R^-combination group=22.82,R^-acupuncture group=29.65,R^-GLJN group=39.02; χ2=0.129,P=0.006).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture therapy combined with oral application of GLJN can obviously improve the function of knee in patients with KOA,and it surpasses the monotherapy of acupuncture therapy and oral application of GLJN in curative effect,so it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
