摘要:: 目的:探討規(guī)范化功能鍛煉在兒童肱骨髁上骨折中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:將50例患兒按入院順序,分為2組,每組25例。對(duì)照組按傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理方法,試驗(yàn)組按正骨規(guī)范中兒童肱骨髁上骨折功能鍛煉規(guī)范進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能康復(fù)指導(dǎo)。結(jié)果:在治療前后,患兒肘關(guān)節(jié) 功能評(píng)分實(shí)驗(yàn)組均數(shù)相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000),對(duì)照組均數(shù)間相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000),兩組均數(shù)分差間相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.995,P=0.004)。結(jié)論:規(guī)范的功能鍛煉能避免或減輕軟組織粘連,利于骨折愈合和關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)。

Abstract:: Objective:To explore the effect of normalized functional training on children humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods:50 patients were divided into 2 groups equally,25 cases in the treatment group were guided to carry out the systemic functional training according to the norm of functional training for children,which was published in Norm of Orthopedic-traumatological,while the orthers in the control group were treated by the traditional nursing way.Results:The level of elbow joint were observed before and after treatment, there is statistical difference between the scores of before and after treatment in treatment group(P=0.000<0.05),as same as between the scores of before and after treatment in the control group(P=0.000<0.05),and the D-values of the two groups.Conclusion:The application of normative functional training was beneficial for avoidance or alleviation of soft tissue adhesion and fracture healing and recover of joint function.
