摘要:
前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)是治療前交叉韌帶斷裂的經(jīng)典術(shù)式,但初次手術(shù)存在5%~10%的失敗率,翻修手術(shù)效果亦不理想,因此提高初次手術(shù)成功率至關(guān)重要。本文從移植物選擇、手術(shù)方式、合并傷處理以及其他因素4個(gè)方面,對(duì)前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)的影響因素進(jìn)行了綜述,有助于臨床醫(yī)生綜合考慮患者個(gè)體情況,優(yōu)化手術(shù)方案,提高手術(shù)成功率。
