摘要:
強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一種慢性自身免疫性疾病,具有遺傳易感性。內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)氨基肽酶1(endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1,ERAP1)作為AS的易感基因,目前已成為AS研究的重點內(nèi)容。本文概述了ERAP1的功能,并從ERAP1基因多態(tài)性與AS遺傳易感性的關(guān)系、ERAP1與人類白細(xì)胞抗原-B27相互作用對AS的影響、ERAP1在AS發(fā)生機(jī)制中的作用3個方面對ERAP1與AS關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,為AS的發(fā)生機(jī)制研究及臨床早期診斷提供了參考。
