摘要:
半月板后根對于維持半月板的生物力學(xué)功能至關(guān)重要。內(nèi)側(cè)半月板后根撕裂可導(dǎo)致半月板功能異常,進(jìn)而影響膝關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性。本文概述了內(nèi)側(cè)半月板后根的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)和生物力學(xué)功能,并對內(nèi)側(cè)半月板后根撕裂對膝關(guān)節(jié)的影響、相關(guān)生物力學(xué)因素、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷方法、分型方法以及治療方法進(jìn)行了綜述。
