摘要:
髕股疼痛綜合征(patellofemoral pain syndrome,PFPS)是髕股關(guān)節(jié)長期反復(fù)磨損導(dǎo)致的以髕骨周圍疼痛為主要臨床表現(xiàn)的骨關(guān)節(jié)疾病。采用手法或手法聯(lián)合其他療法治療PFPS可取得良好的療效。但受醫(yī)生的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)、手法操作水平、療效評價方法的影響,手法治療PFPS的療效并不穩(wěn)定。目前,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用發(fā)展迅速。AI應(yīng)用于手法治療PFPS,可使手法操作更加規(guī)范,治療方案更加個性化和精準(zhǔn)化,并使居家診療一體化的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療服務(wù)成為可能,還能客觀、多方面地進(jìn)行療效評價。為進(jìn)一步了解AI在PFPS手法治療中的應(yīng)用前景,本文對AI進(jìn)行了概述,并從規(guī)范手法操作、制定個性化治療方案、實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療服務(wù)、評價療效4個方面,對AI在PFPS手法治療中的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了綜述。
