摘要:
脊髓損傷是一種嚴(yán)重的中樞神經(jīng)創(chuàng)傷性疾病。脊髓損傷會(huì)引起一系列的免疫應(yīng)答,進(jìn)而在損傷部位形成炎癥微環(huán)境,阻礙損傷神經(jīng)的修復(fù)。補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯是臨床上治療脊髓損傷的常用方劑。許多學(xué)者針對(duì)脊髓損傷炎癥微環(huán)境的形成機(jī)制及補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯治療脊髓損傷的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,但目前這些機(jī)制均尚未完全明確。本文從脊髓損傷炎癥微環(huán)境的形成機(jī)制及補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯治療脊髓損傷的作用機(jī)制兩個(gè)方面對(duì)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,以期為補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯治療脊髓損傷的深入研究提供參考。
