摘要:
隨著生物力學(xué)測試技術(shù)的發(fā)展,生物力學(xué)參數(shù)在中醫(yī)推拿手法的量化檢測和臨床應(yīng)用中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。胸椎掌按法是臨床上常用的一種脊柱推拿手法,但與頸椎和腰椎手法相比,目前針對胸椎掌按法的生物力學(xué)參數(shù)研究較少。本文從胸椎掌按法不同施力階段的生物力學(xué)參數(shù),胸椎掌按法成功的標(biāo)志及其與手法生物力學(xué)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,施力方向、按法形式、施力部位和應(yīng)用位置對胸椎掌按法發(fā)力的影響,床墊硬度和患者呼吸狀態(tài)對胸椎掌按法反作用力的影響,胸椎掌按法生物力學(xué)參數(shù)對推拿后生理學(xué)指標(biāo)的影響5個方面,對胸椎掌按法生物力學(xué)參數(shù)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,以期為該手法的量化研究及應(yīng)用提供參考。
