摘要:
股骨頭壞死是骨科的常見難治疾病,臨床多采用全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換等外科手術(shù)治療。青少年股骨頭壞死的發(fā)生與糖皮質(zhì)激素的使用、自身免疫疾病和創(chuàng)傷等因素有關(guān),由于青少年患者正處于身體發(fā)育期,活動要求高,且未來有生育需求,治療相對困難。人工關(guān)節(jié)遠(yuǎn)期可能出現(xiàn)磨損、松動等問題,因此全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換并非青少年股骨頭壞死患者的首選治療方法。本文從髓芯減壓術(shù)、金屬棒植入術(shù)、截骨術(shù)、骨移植術(shù)、保留骨量的髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)、髖關(guān)節(jié)鏡輔助手術(shù)、手術(shù)聯(lián)合其他療法7個方面,對外科手術(shù)治療青少年股骨頭壞死的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
