摘要:
髖部骨折主要包括股骨頸骨折和股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折,臨床上常采用內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療。髖部骨折愈合后移除內(nèi)固定物并配合術(shù)后康復(fù)鍛煉,可改善髖關(guān)節(jié)功能,但仍存在再發(fā)骨折、股骨頭壞死、髖關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前,髖部骨折愈合后內(nèi)固定物移除的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尚不統(tǒng)一,而且尚未見(jiàn)相關(guān)綜述對(duì)內(nèi)固定物移除對(duì)患者的影響進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。本文介紹了髖部骨折的內(nèi)固定物,從內(nèi)固定物移除的原因與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)2個(gè)方面對(duì)髖部骨折愈合后內(nèi)固定物移除對(duì)患者的影響進(jìn)行了綜述。
