摘要:
Ⅱ型齒突骨折發(fā)生于齒突基底部,多為不穩(wěn)定性骨折。臨床上多采用手術(shù)治療Ⅱ型齒突骨折,但手術(shù)方式的選擇尚存在爭議。后路寰樞椎非融合內(nèi)固定治療Ⅱ型齒突骨折,通過二期手術(shù)拆除釘棒系統(tǒng),進而保留上頸椎的生理和運動功能。隨著患者對頸椎活動功能和生活質(zhì)量需求的提高,后路寰樞椎非融合內(nèi)固定逐漸被用于Ⅱ型齒突骨折的治療,并成為新的研究熱點。為提高臨床醫(yī)生對后路寰樞椎非融合內(nèi)固定治療Ⅱ型齒突骨折的認識,本文概述了Ⅱ型齒突骨折的臨床表現(xiàn)及分型,從后路寰樞椎非融合內(nèi)固定治療Ⅱ型齒突骨折的適應證、優(yōu)勢、內(nèi)固定物取出時機、臨床療效以及后路寰樞椎非融合內(nèi)固定在老年Ⅱ型齒突骨折治療中的應用等方面對其研究進展進行了綜述。
