摘要:
衰弱是一種常見(jiàn)的老年綜合征,其特征是生理儲(chǔ)備功能減弱、多系統(tǒng)功能衰退、機(jī)體保持內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定的能力下降、對(duì)應(yīng)激事件的易感性增加。全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)常用于治療老年人重度膝關(guān)節(jié)疾病,作為一個(gè)強(qiáng)烈的應(yīng)激源,可能導(dǎo)致老年衰弱患者身體不成比例的功能損害,術(shù)后出現(xiàn)各種不良事件。術(shù)前衰弱評(píng)估有助于篩查術(shù)后預(yù)后不良的高危患者,降低TKA術(shù)后并發(fā)癥及死亡的發(fā)生率,讓患者更快更好地得到治療和康復(fù)。但是,目前有關(guān)術(shù)前衰弱評(píng)估與TKA術(shù)后加速康復(fù)的關(guān)系卻鮮有文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。本文就術(shù)前衰弱評(píng)估與TKA術(shù)后加速康復(fù)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討。
