摘要:
肩峰下撞擊綜合征(subacromial impingement syndrome,SIS)是肩關(guān)節(jié)病變中最為常見的疾患。目前治療SIS的方法主要分為手術(shù)與非手術(shù)兩大類,因手術(shù)具有創(chuàng)傷性,非手術(shù)療法深受廣大患者的青睞。但臨床上采用非手術(shù)療法治療該病時(shí),大多重視對(duì)肩袖肌群和后側(cè)肩胛帶肌的治療,而忽略了對(duì)肩胛骨前方喙突區(qū)域的治療,這可能是導(dǎo)致非手術(shù)治療效果不佳或易復(fù)發(fā)的原因之一。喙突上附著的3塊肌肉和4條韌帶出現(xiàn)異常,都可能會(huì)影響肱骨、肩胛骨和鎖骨的正常運(yùn)動(dòng),從而導(dǎo)致SIS的發(fā)生。本文就附著于喙突的肌肉和韌帶對(duì)SIS的影響進(jìn)行了總結(jié),旨在引起臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)喙突區(qū)域的重視。
