摘要:
慢性踝關節(jié)不穩(wěn)(chronic ankle instability,CAI)通常由急性踝關節(jié)扭傷發(fā)展而來,可導致踝關節(jié)反復扭傷,嚴重影響患者的日常生活。CAI的診斷和療效評價,目前臨床上主要依據(jù)患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、體格檢查及影像學檢查,但這些方法無法定量評估踝關節(jié)功能。步態(tài)分析是研究步行規(guī)律的檢查方法,不僅能對人體行走方式進行客觀記錄,還能對步行功能進行系統(tǒng)評價。步態(tài)分析技術的應用和發(fā)展有助于從多個角度客觀描述CAI患者的步態(tài)特征,也有助于分析CAI患者與健康人在踝關節(jié)功能上的差異。對CAI患者的步態(tài)特征進行研究,可以為該病的診療和療效評價提供客觀依據(jù)。但是,目前學界對CAI患者的步態(tài)特征尚未完全達成共識。本文概述了CAI,介紹了正常步態(tài)的內(nèi)涵及步態(tài)分析的方法,重點論述了CAI患者的步態(tài)運動學特征、動力學特征和肌電激活特征,為該病的診療和療效評價提供了客觀依據(jù)。
