摘要:
目的:挖掘《正體類要》中治傷內(nèi)服方劑的用藥規(guī)律。方法:收集《正體類要》中的治傷內(nèi)服方劑,利用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(V2.5)對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,挖掘方劑的用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果:共收集到57首方劑,涉及116味中藥,其中出現(xiàn)頻次≥5的中藥有19味,排在前3位的分別是當(dāng)歸、甘草、人參。57首內(nèi)服治傷方劑的組方藥物中,藥性以溫性出現(xiàn)頻次最多、其次為寒性,藥味以甘味出現(xiàn)頻次最多、其次為苦和辛味,歸經(jīng)以脾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)頻次最多、其次為肝經(jīng); 出現(xiàn)頻次≥10的藥物組合有8個,排在前3位的為人參-甘草、人參-茯苓、甘草-茯苓; 核心藥物組合10個,分別為羌活-防風(fēng)-細辛、桃仁-紅花-瓜蔞、茯苓-甘草-大棗等。經(jīng)聚類分析得到新處方5首。結(jié)論:《正體類要》中治傷內(nèi)服方劑多采用性溫、味甘、歸脾經(jīng)的藥物; 核心藥物組合以活血化瘀、解表止痛、益氣補血藥物為主; 以核心藥物組合為基礎(chǔ)聚類出的內(nèi)服治傷新方,可為臨床用藥提供參考,但其療效有待進一步研究。
Abstract:
Objective:To excavate the clinical medication rules of oral prescriptions for treatment of orthopedic and traumatic diseases in Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases.Methods:The oral prescriptions aimed at treating orthopedic and traumatic diseases were extracted from the Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases and were statistically analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)software(V2.5)for excavating the clinical medication rules.Results:Fifty-seven oral prescriptions were included in the final analysis,involving 116 Chinese herbs,among which 19 ones displayed a occurrence frequency of≥5,and the top 3 ones with high occurrence frequency included Angelica sinensis,Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.Among the 57 oral prescriptions,the most frequently appeared Chinese herbs were those with a warm property,followed by the ones with a cold property; and the ones with sweet flavors were more preferred,followed by bitter and pungent flavors,and they mainly acted on the spleen meridians and liver meridians.The occurrence frequency were≥10 in 8 herb combinations,and the top 3 ones with high occurrence frequency included Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Poria(TCD)and Glycyrrhiza uralensis-Poria(TCD); The cluster analysis on all the included Chinese herbs generated 10 core herb combinations,namely Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix-Saposhnikoviae Radix-Asari Radix et Rhizoma(TCD),Persicae Semen-Carthamus tinctorius-Trichosanthis Fructus,Poria(TCD)-Glycyrrhiza uralensis-Jujubae Fructus and so on,and 5 new prescriptions were dug out.Conclusion:The Chinese herbs are often the ones presented with warm property and sweet flavor and mainly act on spleen meridians in the oral prescriptions aimed at treating orthopedic and traumatic diseases in Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases,and the core herb combinations are mainly the ones for activating blood and removing stasis,relieving exterior syndrome and alleviating pain as well as tonifying qi and nourishing blood.The new prescriptions clustered based on core herb combinations can provide references for clinical medication,while their curative effects need to be further studied.
