摘要:
僵硬是常見(jiàn)的第一跖趾關(guān)節(jié)退行性疾病,多見(jiàn)于老年患者,近年來(lái)該病的發(fā)生率呈逐漸增高趨勢(shì)。僵硬的治療方法較多,病情較輕時(shí)多采用口服或注射藥物、穿戴矯形鞋等非手術(shù)方法治療,病情較重或非手術(shù)治療無(wú)效時(shí)多采用第一跖骨頭背側(cè)骨贅切除術(shù)、近節(jié)趾骨(Moberg)截骨術(shù)、Keller關(guān)節(jié)切除成形術(shù)、第一跖趾關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)、第一跖趾關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)等手術(shù)方法治療。本文對(duì)僵硬的臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)、分型、非手術(shù)治療及手術(shù)治療進(jìn)行了綜述,以期為僵硬的診治提供參考。
