摘要:
目的:分析近年國(guó)內(nèi)骨質(zhì)疏松癥(osteoporosis,OP)護(hù)理的研究熱點(diǎn)。方法:以“骨質(zhì)疏松”為檢索詞,應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)檢索2014年1月至2018年12月中國(guó)知網(wǎng)收錄的所有有關(guān)OP護(hù)理的文獻(xiàn)。采用書(shū)目共現(xiàn)分析系統(tǒng)(bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder,BICOMB),提取文獻(xiàn)中標(biāo)注的關(guān)鍵詞,并進(jìn)行詞頻分析; 采用gCLUTO1.0軟件進(jìn)行共詞聚類(lèi)分析。結(jié)果:最初共檢索到23 222篇文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)篩選后最終納入1013篇文獻(xiàn)。經(jīng)BICOMB提取、篩選、剔重后共獲得382個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,共出現(xiàn)2606次。出現(xiàn)頻次≥19的高頻關(guān)鍵詞35個(gè),累計(jì)出現(xiàn)1709次,其中“老年人”出現(xiàn)頻次最高,其次為“健康教育”。對(duì)2014—2018年OP護(hù)理的關(guān)鍵詞分析結(jié)果顯示,“老年人”“健康教育”“椎體壓縮性骨折”“骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折”在5年內(nèi)均有出現(xiàn),且出現(xiàn)頻次最高。經(jīng)雙向聚類(lèi)分析,共發(fā)現(xiàn)5個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn),分別為骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者疼痛護(hù)理、健康教育及自我管理、骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理、骨質(zhì)疏松癥延續(xù)性護(hù)理、骨質(zhì)疏松癥綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)論:疼痛護(hù)理、健康教育、圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理、延續(xù)性護(hù)理及綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)是過(guò)去5年國(guó)內(nèi)OP護(hù)理的研究熱點(diǎn),預(yù)計(jì)也將是未來(lái)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。
