摘要:
目的:探討南極地區(qū)極夜環(huán)境下預(yù)防人體骨量丟失的有效措施。方法:以18名在中國(guó)南極中山站參加中國(guó)第31次南極科學(xué)考察的隊(duì)員為觀察對(duì)象。18名隊(duì)員均為男性; 年齡24~55歲,中位數(shù)40歲。觀察時(shí)間為2014年12月至2015年12月。按照生活、運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣及自愿原則將18名隊(duì)員分為非干預(yù)組、藥物干預(yù)組和運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)組,每組6名隊(duì)員。非干預(yù)組隊(duì)員在極夜全過(guò)程(2015年5—7月)不服用任何輔助藥物,除日常工作、生活外,不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉。藥物干預(yù)組隊(duì)員在極夜全過(guò)程服用碳酸鈣D3咀嚼片(Ⅱ),每天1次,每次600 mg,服用3個(gè)月,除日常工作、生活外,不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉。運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)組隊(duì)員在極夜全過(guò)程不服用任何輔助藥物,除日常工作、生活外,每周運(yùn)動(dòng)3次以上,運(yùn)動(dòng)方式為跑步機(jī)慢跑1 h(6~8 km·h-1)或室外長(zhǎng)距離行走2 h或球類(lèi)(羽毛球或乒乓球)運(yùn)動(dòng)1 h。自到達(dá)中山站后每月在固定時(shí)間測(cè)定隊(duì)員的左足跟骨骨密度。結(jié)果:非干預(yù)組、藥物干預(yù)組及運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)組隊(duì)員剛到達(dá)中山站時(shí)的跟骨骨密度T值分別為0.96±0.23、0.95±0.21、0.95±0.24,經(jīng)歷極夜后3組隊(duì)員的跟骨骨密度T值分別為0.86±0.21、0.90±0.22、0.95±0.22。非干預(yù)組2名隊(duì)員的骨密度較剛到達(dá)時(shí)明顯降低,藥物干預(yù)組1名隊(duì)員的骨密度較剛到達(dá)時(shí)明顯降低,運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)組隊(duì)員的骨密度均無(wú)明顯變化。結(jié)論:單純補(bǔ)充鈣劑和維生素D不能完全避免南極地區(qū)極夜環(huán)境下人體骨量丟失,而在同樣條件下持續(xù)有規(guī)律的運(yùn)動(dòng)有助于維持骨量。
