摘要:
動(dòng)物模型是動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的關(guān)鍵因素,構(gòu)建適宜的椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型是開(kāi)展中醫(yī)藥治療椎間盤(pán)退變性疾病研究的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文對(duì)椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型和中醫(yī)證候動(dòng)物模型的特點(diǎn)及構(gòu)建方法進(jìn)行了論述,并從動(dòng)物選擇、造模方法及模型評(píng)價(jià)等方面對(duì)椎間盤(pán)退變病證結(jié)合動(dòng)物模型的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行探討,以期為構(gòu)建適宜中醫(yī)藥研究的椎間盤(pán)退變動(dòng)物模型提供思路。
