摘要:
目的:探討腰椎曲度與退變性腰椎滑脫的相關(guān)性。方法:在136例退變性腰椎滑脫癥患者的X線片上測量其腰椎矢狀面Cobb's角、Taillard指數(shù)、腰椎前突指數(shù)、腰椎側(cè)凸Cobb's角,采用Spearman相關(guān)分析法評價腰椎矢狀面Cobb's角與Taillard指數(shù)、腰椎前突指數(shù)、腰椎側(cè)凸Cobb's角的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:退變性腰椎滑脫癥患者腰椎矢狀面Cobb's角與腰椎側(cè)凸Cobb's角呈正相關(guān)(r=0.436,P=0.000); 腰椎矢狀面Cobb's角與Taillard指數(shù)、腰椎前突指數(shù)之間無明顯相關(guān)性(r=0.009,P=0.914; r=0.032,P=0.710)。結(jié)論:退變性腰椎滑脫癥患者腰椎矢狀面Cobb's角與腰椎側(cè)凸Cobb's角存在正相關(guān)性。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyse the correlations between the lumbar vertebrae curvature and degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS).Methods:The Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane,taillard indexs,indexs of lumbar vertebrae lordosis and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis were measured on the X-ray films of 136 patients with DLS,then the correlations between Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane and taillard indexs,indexs of lumbar vertebrae lordosis and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis were evaluated through Spearman correlation analysis.Results:The Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane in patients with DLS was positively correlated with the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis(r=0.436,P=0.000); While the Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane was not correlated with the indexs of taillard and lumbar vertebrae lordosis(r=0.009,P=0.914; r=0.032,P=0.710).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis in patients with DLS.
