摘要:
目的:觀察快針刺法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者50例,隨機分為2組,每組25例。觀察組采用快針刺 法治療,對照組采用電針加特定電磁波譜燈照射治療; 每日治療1次,5 d為1個療程,共治療2個療程。分別在治療前、治療1個療 程后、治療2個療程后采用疼痛視覺模擬法評價2組患者患膝的疼痛程度,并進行比較。結(jié)果:治療前后不同時間點間疼痛視覺模 擬評分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=100.946,P=0.000),存在時間效應(yīng); 2組患者間疼痛視覺模擬評分比較,觀察組VAS評分低于對 照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=-3.850,P=0.000),存在分組效應(yīng); 治療前2組患者間疼痛視覺模擬評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義 [(6.207±0.711)分,(6.306±1.041)分; t=-0.392,P=0.697]; 治療1個療程后和治療2個療程后,觀察組患者疼痛視覺 模擬評分均低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[(3.126±0.809)分,(5.612±0.850)分; t=-10.590,P=0.000); (2.804±0.919)分,(3.492±0.963)分; t=-2.584,P=0.013]; 時間因素與分組因素存在交互效應(yīng)(F=20.426,P=0.000) 。結(jié)論:快針刺法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎可有效緩解患膝疼痛,療效優(yōu)于電針加特定電磁波譜燈照射治療。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of fast acupuncture therapy on knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:Fifty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with fast acupuncture therapy,while the others in control group were treated with electro-acupuncture therapy combined with specific electromagnetic spectrum light radiation therapy,once a day for 10 days,5 days for each course of treatment.Knee pain degree were evaluated by using visual analogue scale(VAS)before treatment,after one course of treatment and after two course of treatment respectively.Results:There was statistical difference in VAS scores between different time points(F=100.946,P=0.000),in other words,there was time effect.The VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(F=-3.850,P=0.000),in other words,there was grouping effect.There was no statistical difference in VAS scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(6.207+/-0.711 vs 6.306+/-1.041 points,t=- 0.392,P=0.697).The VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group after one and two course of treatment(3.126+/-0.809 vs 5.612+/-0.850 points,t=-10.590,P=0.000; 2.804+/-0.919 vs 3.492+/-0.963 points,t=-2.584,P=0.013).There was interaction between time factor and grouping factor (F=20.426,P=0.000).Conclusion:The fast acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the knee pain in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and its therapeutic effect is better than that of electro-acupuncture therapy combined with specific electromagnetic spectrum light radiation therapy.
