摘要:
目的:探討磁共振成像在嬰幼兒股骨頸前傾角測量中的價(jià)值。方法:對(duì)20例發(fā)育性髖關(guān)節(jié)發(fā)育不良嬰幼兒行髖關(guān)節(jié)和股骨 遠(yuǎn)端磁共振成像檢查,男5例,女15例; 月齡15~62個(gè)月,中位數(shù)33.5個(gè)月。單髖9例,雙髖11例。在所得到的磁共振圖像上分別測 量患兒雙側(cè)髖關(guān)節(jié)的骨性股骨頸前傾角和軟骨性股骨頸前傾角。分析比較2組測量結(jié)果的差異,并對(duì)骨性股骨頸前傾角和軟骨性 股骨頸前傾角的差值與患兒月齡進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:本組患兒骨性股骨頸前傾角小于軟骨性股骨頸前傾角 [(44.27°±9.71°),(48.22°±9.02°),t=11.111,P=0.000],二者的差值(3.95°±2.25°)與患兒月齡呈負(fù)相關(guān) (r=-0.421,P=0.007)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用磁共振成像測量的軟骨性股骨頸前傾角比應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)斷層成像測量的骨性股骨頸前傾角更接近 股骨頸前傾角的實(shí)際值; 年齡越小,骨性股骨頸前傾角與股骨頸前傾角的實(shí)際值差別越大。
