摘要:
膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療技術(shù)出現(xiàn)于20世紀(jì)初期,與關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)和骨折內(nèi)固定術(shù)并列,為20世紀(jì)骨科3大重要技術(shù)進(jìn)展之一。膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡技術(shù)在膝關(guān)節(jié)損傷手術(shù)治療中的廣泛應(yīng)用不僅促進(jìn)了微創(chuàng)膝關(guān)節(jié)外科的迅速發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了骨科其他領(lǐng)域微創(chuàng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。本文詳細(xì)介紹了膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶斷裂后關(guān)節(jié)鏡下重建、膝關(guān)節(jié)軟骨損傷的關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)、膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜病變的關(guān)節(jié)鏡下滑膜全切除術(shù)、髕股關(guān)節(jié)紊亂的關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)及膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷的關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù),對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)損傷的關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療進(jìn)行了比較全面的述評(píng)。
