摘要:
目的:觀察中藥枕墊療法與頸椎坐位枕頜吊帶牽引療法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的療效對(duì)比。方法:將120例符合診斷和納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)原則分組,觀察組60例采用藥枕療法進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)照組60例采用頸椎坐位枕頜吊帶牽引療法治療,治療觀察時(shí)間均為4周。觀察治療前、治療2周、治療4周時(shí)的癥狀與體征表現(xiàn)及改變,并在打分后進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:經(jīng)4周的治療,兩組均無任何不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。兩組治療效果比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:中藥枕墊治療頸椎病,起效快,有效率高,近期臨床療效滿意,社會(huì)效益顯著,是治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的一項(xiàng)有效技術(shù)。
Abstract:
Objective:To observate medicinal pillow therapy and occipital jaw traction sling seat therapy in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods:From July 2010 to July 2012,120 patients met the inclusion criteria of the nerve root cervical spondylosis were randomly divided according to randomized principle,60 patients were treated with medicinal pillow group and the other 60 patients were treated with occipital jaw traction sling seat therapy,treatment time was 4 weeks.In three time nodes of pre-treatment,treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks the symptoms and signs and changes were observed and scored for comparative analysis.Results:The patients of two groups had no adverse reaction.There was no significant difference between the two groups,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the patient treatment time,the treatment compliance,medicinal costs and other aspects.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect, social benefit of Chinese herbs pillow innovated by our hospital is distinct,it is effective in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis.
