摘要:

目的:觀察益骨口服液對去勢大鼠骨質(zhì)疏松癥外周血清炎性因子的影響。方法:將80只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分4組,第1組(益骨口服液組)、第2組(密蓋息組)、第3組(益骨口服液+密蓋息組)、第4組(生理鹽水對照組),每組各20只; 造模后,分別予益骨口服液、密蓋息、益骨口服液+密蓋息、生理鹽水等不同藥物灌胃,運(yùn)用ELISA技術(shù)于治療后第10天、第30天、第60天、第90天四個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn)測定血清炎癥因子COX-2、PGE2、cAMP的含量。結(jié)果:數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過重復(fù)測量的方差分析,均存在分組效應(yīng)(P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000)和時(shí)間效應(yīng)(P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000),第1組在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)對血清COX-2、PGE2、cAMP含量的比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.026、P=0.039、P=0.031),在治療后第10天,第1組與第4組兩組間,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.075、P=0.053、P=0.056),在治療后第30天,第1組與第4組兩組間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.035、P=0.043、P=0.021),在第60、90天,兩組間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000),在第10天、30天、60天、90天,第1組與第2、3組比較均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:益骨口服液能降低去勢大鼠外周血清中COX-2和PGE2,cAMP的含量,對去勢大鼠骨質(zhì)疏松疼痛具有一定抑制作用,在一定程度上,這是其治療骨質(zhì)疏松疼痛的作用機(jī)制之一。

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the effect of Yigu oral liquid by detecting peripheral serum Inflammatory factor in ovariectomized rats.Methods:Eighty Female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,group 1(Yigu oral liquid group), group 2(calcitonin group), group 3(Yigu oral liquid group + calcitonin group), group 4(saline control group), The ovariectomized rats were excised in the groups, rats in the group1 were administed with Yigu oral liquid; rats in the group 2 were administed with calcitonin; rats in the group 3 were administed with Yigu oral liquid group + calcitonin; rats in the group 4 were administed with saline.The rats were killed after treatment,and the peripheral Serum Inflammatory factors of COX-2、PGE2、cAMP were detected at the 10th day、30th day、60th day、90th day respectively.Results:Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance(ANOVA)was used in analyzing the contents of COX-2、PGE2、cAMP in the four groups The analytic result displayed that there were group effect(P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000)and time effect(P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000).The contents of the group 1 were compared at four different times:there was statistical difference(P=0.026、P=0.039、P=0.031).At the 10th day after treatment,there was no statistical difference between the group 1 and group 4(P=0.075、P=0.053、P=0.056),at the 30th day after treatment,there was statistical difference between the group 1 and group 4(P=0.035、P=0.043、P=0.021), at the 60th day and 90th day after treatment,there was significant statistical difference between the group 1 and group 4(P=0.000、P=0.000、P=0.000).At the 10th day、30th day、60th day、90th day respectively,there was no statistical difference among group 1, group 2 and group 3(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yigu oral liquid can reduce content of COX-2 and PGE2, cAMP in the peripheral serum of the ovariectomized rats, in some degree, the osteoporosis pain could be inhibited, and there may be an important therapeutic mechanism in osteoporosis pain.
