摘要:
目的:觀察馮氏脊柱定點(diǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)位手法治療急性腰扭傷的臨床療效。方法:將納入研究的90例急性腰扭傷患者隨機(jī)分成2組,每組45例。治療組采用馮氏脊柱定點(diǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)位手法治療,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)斜扳手法治療。手法治療每天1次,共治療3次。分別于治療前和治療結(jié)束后采用自擬腰痛疾患療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)2組患者的療效進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果:治療前2組患者腰痛評(píng)分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.028,P=0.978); 治療后2組患者腰痛評(píng)分均增加(t=18.183,P=0.000; t=13.726,P=0.000),治療組增加更明顯(t=2.039,P=0.044)。結(jié)論:馮氏脊柱定點(diǎn)旋轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)位手法治療急性腰扭傷療效顯著,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Feng's rotatory reduction manipulation at fixed points of spine in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain(ALS).Methods:Ninety ALS patients enrolled in the study were randomly divided into 2 groups,45 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were administrated with Feng's rotatory reduction manipulation at fixed points of spine,while the others in the control group were administrated with traditional oblique-pulling manipulation,once a day for consecutive 3 days.The curative effects were evaluated according to the self-designed standard for curative effect evaluation of low back pain before and after the treatment respectively.Results:There was no statistical difference in the low back pain scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=0.028,P=0.978).The low back pain scores of the 2 groups were all increased after the treatment(t=18.183,P=0.000; t=13.726,P=0.000),and scores increased more significantly in the treatment group(t=2.039,P=0.044).Conclusion:The method of Feng's rotatory reduction manipulation at fixed points of spine performs well in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
