摘要:
目的:研究針刀配合肌力平衡手法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的107例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組55例,對(duì)照組52例。治療組采用針刀配合肌力平衡手法治療,對(duì)照組單純采用針刀治療,共治療4周。分別于治療前和治療后采用WOMAC骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)對(duì)患者的臨床療效進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果:①關(guān)節(jié)疼痛積分。治療前2組患者關(guān)節(jié)疼痛積分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.410,P=0.683); 治療后2組患者關(guān)節(jié)疼痛積分均減小(t=3.132,P=0.002; t=3.073,P=0.003); 2組患者治療前后關(guān)節(jié)疼痛積分差值比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.405,P=0.686)。②關(guān)節(jié)僵硬積分。治療前2組患者關(guān)節(jié)僵硬積分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.186,P=0.853); 治療組治療后關(guān)節(jié)僵硬積分明顯減小(t=2.081,P=0.039),對(duì)照組治療前后關(guān)節(jié)僵硬積分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.165,P=0.869)。③關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙積分。治療前2組患者關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙積分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.404,P=0.687); 治療后2組患者關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙積分均減小(t=3.714,P=0.001; t=2.503,P=0.014),治療組減小更明顯(t=5.207,P=0.000)。結(jié)論:針刀配合肌力平衡手法能明顯緩解膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的關(guān)節(jié)疼痛及僵硬癥狀,改善關(guān)節(jié)功能,是治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的有效方法,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of needle knife therapy combined with muscle strength balance manipulation on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:One hundred and seven patients with KOA met the requirements were randomly divided into 2 groups,55 cases in treatment group,while the others in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were administrated with needle knife therapy combined with muscle strength balance manipulation,while the others in the control group were administrated with needle knife therapy only,for consecutive 4 weeks.The clinical curative effects were evaluated according to WOMAC osteoarthritis index before and after the treatment respectively.Results:①Joint pain scores:there was no statistical difference in joint pain scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=0.410,P=0.683).Joint pain scores of patients in the 2 groups were all reduced after the treatment(t=3.132,P=0.002; t=3.073,P=0.003).There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in the decreasing degree of joint pain scores(t=0.405,P=0.686).②Joint stiffness scores:there was no statistical difference in joint stiffness scores of patients between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=0.186,P=0.853).Joint stiffness scores of patients in the treatment group were reduced significantly after the treatment(t=2.081,P=0.039),while there was no statistical difference in joint stiffness scores between pretreatment and post-treatment for control groups(t=0.165,P=0.869).③Joint dysfunction scores:there was no statistical difference in joint dysfunction scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=0.404,P=0.687).Joint dysfunction scores of patients in the 2 groups were all reduced after the treatment(t=3.714,P=0.001; t=2.503,P=0.014),and scores of the treatment group were reduced more significantly(t=5.207,P=0.000).Conclusion:The therapy of needle knife combined with muscle strength balance manipulation can significantly relieve the joint pain and stiffness symptoms for patients with KOA and improve their joint functions,so it is an effective method in the treatment of KOA,and it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
