摘要:
目的:觀察泰山散瘀膏促進(jìn)損傷軟組織修復(fù)的作用。方法:建立大鼠軟組織損傷模型,造模后分組并給藥。分別于手術(shù)后5 d、15 d對(duì)損傷局部皮下肌組織及結(jié)締組織取材后分別進(jìn)行染色,在顯微鏡下觀察軟組織損傷后肌組織和肥大細(xì)胞的形態(tài)變化。結(jié)果:泰山散瘀膏可使毛細(xì)血管明顯擴(kuò)張,肌細(xì)胞及肌絲崩解減輕,核脫失減少,促進(jìn)肥大細(xì)胞在損傷部位的集中,具有明顯促進(jìn)損傷肌組織修復(fù)的作用,治療效果優(yōu)于東方活血膏。結(jié)論:泰山散瘀膏有明顯促進(jìn)損傷軟組織修復(fù)的功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To study clinical effect of mount tai scattered stasis plasters in promoting the healing of soft tissue.Methods:Established rats model of soft tissue injury were divided into groups and gave medicine.Dyed material after surgery 5 d,15 d and observated the changes of ideology of muscle tissue and mast cells after injury of soft tissue under microscope.Results:Mount tai scattering stasis plasters can make the capillary expansion,muscle cells and myofilament disintegrating loss,nuclear loss reduction,promote mast cells concentrating at sites of injury have apparent stimulative effect of injured muscle tissue repair,the curative effect is better than that of Dongfang Huoxue plaster.Conclusion:Mount tai scattering stasis plasters has sure curative effect in promoting the wound healing of soft tissue.
