摘要:
目的:觀察對(duì)比壯骨通痹丸與硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效和安全性。方法:將符合要求的120例患者隨機(jī)分 成治療組和對(duì)照組,每組60例。治療組口服壯骨通痹丸治療,對(duì)照組口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊治療,共治療12周。治療后觀察對(duì)比 2組患者的Lequesne指數(shù)、臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:①Lequesne指數(shù)。治療前2組患者Lequesne指數(shù)比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng) 計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.954,P=0.348); 治療后2組患者的Lequesne指數(shù)均減少,其中治療組減少程度更明顯(t=6.228,P=0.000)。②臨床 療效。治療后2組患者的癥狀體征均改善,治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(χ2=7.026,P=0.008)。③不良反應(yīng)。治療期 間2組患者均未出現(xiàn)過(guò)敏反應(yīng)。治療組2例患者出現(xiàn)便秘,1例患者血壓升高,1例患者心率加快; 對(duì)照組3例患者出現(xiàn)惡心、便秘,1 例患者心率加快,1例輕度肝功能受損。經(jīng)對(duì)癥處理后,2組患者的不良反應(yīng)均消失。2組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué) 意義(χ2=0.100,P=0.752)。結(jié)論:壯骨通痹丸能明顯改善膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的臨床癥狀體征及關(guān)節(jié)功能,且治療期間 無(wú)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng),具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effects and safety between ZHUANGGU TONGBI pill and glucosamine sulfate capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:One hundred and twenty patients met the requirements were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were administrated with ZHUANGGU TONGBI pill,while the others in the control group were administrated with glucosamine sulfate capsules,treatment of 12 weeks in total.Lequesne index,clinical curative effects and adverse reactions during the treatment period of the patients were observed and compared between the 2 groups after the treatment.Results:①There was no statistical difference in Lequesne index between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=0.954,P=0.348); after the treatment, the Lequesne index of the 2 groups were all reduced and that of the treatment group reduced more(t=6.228,P=0.000).②After the treatment,symptoms and signs of patients in the 2 groups were all improved,and clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(χ2=7.026,P=0.008).③No anaphylaxis was found in the 2 groups during the treatment period.Two patients with constipation,1 case with increased blood pressure and 1 case with elevated heart rate were found in the treatment group; while 3 cases with nausea and constipation,1 case with elevated heart rate and 1 case with lightly impaired liver function were found in the control group.After symptomatic treatment,the adverse reactions of the 2 groups were all disappeared.There was no statistical difference in adverse reaction ratio between the 2 groups (χ2=0.100,P=0.752).Conclusion:ZHUANGGU TONGBI pill can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and the joint functions for the KOA patients without serious adverse reactions during the treatment period,therefore,it has a certain application value in the treatment of KOA.
