摘要:
目的:觀察頸椎三扳法治療頸性眩暈的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的60例患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組30例。實(shí)驗(yàn) 組采用頸椎三扳法治療,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)手法治療。均每周治療2次,共治療5周。分別于治療前和治療5周后采用椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病 癥狀評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)2組患者的臨床癥狀進(jìn)行評(píng)分,同時(shí)采用自擬的療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在治療5周后評(píng)定2組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果:①癥狀 評(píng)分。治療前2組患者的眩暈、頸肩痛、頭痛評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-0.648,P=0.519; t=-1.000,P=0.321; t=- 1.645,P=0.105); 治療5周后實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的眩暈、頸肩痛、頭痛評(píng)分均小于對(duì)照組(t=-6.193,P=0.000; t=-6.874,P=0.000; t=-8.678,P=0.000)。②臨床療效。治療5周后2組患者臨床療效比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(Z=-2.286,P=0.022)。結(jié)論:頸椎三扳法 能有效改善頸性眩暈患者的眩暈、頭痛及頸肩痛癥狀,臨床療效顯著,是治療該病的有效方法。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of three-type pulling method on cervical vertigo.Methods:Sixty patients met the requirements were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were administrated with three-type pulling method in cervical vertebra,while the others in the control group were administrated with common manipulations.Clinical symptoms of patients in the 2 groups were scored according to symptom scoring criteria of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis before the treatment and after 5 weeks of treatment respectively.After 5 weeks of treatment,the clinical curative effects of patients in the 2 groups were evaluated according to the self-designed standard of curative effect.Results:①There were no statistical difference in scores of vertigo,neck and shoulder pain and headache of patients between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=-0.648,P=0.519; t=-1.000,P=0.321; t=-1.645,P=0.105).After 5 weeks of treatment,scores of vertigo,neck and shoulder pain and headache of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of control group(t=-6.193,P=0.000; t=-6.874,P=0.000; t=-8.678,P=0.000).②Affter 5 weeks of treatment,clinical curative effect of experimental group was better than that of control group(Z=- 2.286,P=0.022).Conclusion:Three-type pulling method in cervical vertebra can effectively relieve the symptoms of vertigo,headache,neck and shoulder pain for patients with cervical vertigo,therefore,it is an effective method in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
