摘要:
目的:探討老年橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折兩種不同外固定方法的療效并進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。方法:將184例老年性橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折患者隨機(jī)分為2組,分別采用中藥夾板外固定與單純石膏托外固定治療。兩組患者于治療后第4、6、8、12周后攝腕部正側(cè)位X線片,了解骨折愈合情況并進(jìn)行對(duì)比,2個(gè)月后進(jìn)行腕關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)估并進(jìn)行療效對(duì)比。結(jié)果: 兩組骨折愈合時(shí)間相比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),在腕關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)方面中藥夾板外固定組優(yōu)良率亦明顯高于單純石膏托外固定組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:中藥夾板外固定治療老年橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折能明顯促進(jìn)骨折愈合,縮短骨折愈合時(shí)間,且優(yōu)于西藥,同時(shí)能使患肢的功能得到最大程度的恢復(fù)。
Abstract:
Objective:To compare the effect of small splint fixation combined with chinese herbs and plaster external fixation in elderly patients with osteoporotic distal radius fracture(ODRF).Methods:One hundred Eighty-four patients with ODRF were randomly divided into small splint fixation combined with chinese herbs group,plaster external fixation group.X-ray examination on the fractured wrist was taken at the 4,6,8,12 weeks after treating,wrist function evaluation and comparison of curative effect were taken after two-month treatment.Result:There were statistically significant differences in the fracture healing time between small splint fixation combined with chinese herbs and plaster external fixation(P<0.05),there were also statistically significant differences in wrist function evaluation between small splint fixation combined with chinese herbs and plaster external fixation(P<0.05).Conclusions:Small splint fixation combined with Chinese herbs can significantly promote the fracture healing and shorten the healing time,and also promote the wrist function recovery.
