摘要:
目的:觀察研究仙靈骨葆聯(lián)合阿倫膦酸鈉治療腎陽虧虛型骨質疏松癥的臨床療效。方法:通過隨機對照試驗設計,對90例腎陽虧虛型骨質疏松癥患者分組,在常規(guī)治療的基礎上,設立治療組(仙靈骨葆聯(lián)合阿倫膦酸鈉)及2組對照組(仙靈骨葆組A、阿倫膦酸鈉組B),觀察臨床療效、腎陽虧虛型癥狀及骨密度改變。結果:治療后三組均有療效,治療組和對照組A及對照組B比較,均有統(tǒng)計學意義,治療組療效顯著優(yōu)于對照組, 腎陽虧虛型癥狀及骨密度均有顯著改變(P<0.001),而且治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結論:仙靈骨葆聯(lián)合阿倫膦酸鈉治療腎陽虧虛型骨質疏松癥方面有良好的療效。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical effects of xian ling gu bao plus alendronate on osteoporosis of insufficiency of the kidney-Yang.Methods:By random number generating method, 90 osteoporosis of insufficiency of the kidney-Yang patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with xian ling gu bao plus alendronate, control group A only with xian ling gu bao, and control group B only with alendronate. To investigate the change of the clinical effects, the symptom of insufficiency of the kidney-Yang and the bone mineral density(BMD)after recording of the treatments. Results:There were significant differences before and after treatment, between treatment group and the control group A, between treatment group and the control group B.There were significant differences between the treatment groups and the control groups. There was significant difference about the symptom of insufficiency of the kidney-Yang and the bone mineral density(BMD)after recording of the treatments(P<0.001), and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:xian ling gu bao plus alendronate has definite therapeutic effects on osteoporosis of insufficiency of the kidney-Yang.
