摘要:
目的:觀察舒筋洗薰洗配合功能鍛煉治療創(chuàng)傷后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的60例患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn) 組和對(duì)照組,每組30例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用舒筋洗薰洗膝關(guān)節(jié)配合功能鍛煉治療,對(duì)照組僅進(jìn)行膝關(guān)節(jié)功能鍛煉。并從VAS評(píng)分、膝關(guān)節(jié) 活動(dòng)度及臨床療效3個(gè)方面對(duì)2組患者進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:①VAS評(píng)分。治療前2組患者VAS評(píng)分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=- 0.484,P=0.631); 實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療前后評(píng)分差值大于對(duì)照組(t=3.092,P=0.003)。②膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度。治療前2組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度比 較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-0.586,P=0.558); 治療后實(shí)驗(yàn)組膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(Z=-2.000,P=0.036)。③臨床療效。2組患 者臨床療效比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(Z=-2.337,P=0.019)。結(jié)論:舒筋洗薰洗配合功能鍛煉是治療創(chuàng)傷后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙的有效 方法,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of steam washing therapy with SHUJINXI combined with functional exercise on knee joint dysfunction after trauma.Methods:Sixty patients met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were administrated with steam washing therapy with SHUJINXI combined with functional exercise of knee joint,while the others in the control group were administrated with functional exercise of knee joint only.Patients in the 2 groups were evaluated with VAS scores,range of motion(ROM)of knee joint and clinical curative effect.Results:①VAS scores:there was no statistical difference in VAS scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=-0.484,P=0.631); the difference of VAS scores before and after the treatment of experimental group were greater than that of control group(t=3.092,P=0.003).②ROM of knee joint:there was no statistical difference in ROM of knee joint between the 2 groups before the treatment(Z=-0.586,P=0.558); the ROM of knee joint of patients in the experimental group was better than that of patients in the control group after the treatment(Z=-2.000,P=0.036).③Clinical curative effect:The clinical curative effect of experimental group was better than that of control group(Z=-2.337,P=0.019).Conclusion:It is an effective method of steam washing therapy with SHUJINXI combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee joint dysfunction after trauma,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
