摘要:
目的:比較直型鎖定重建鋼板和普通重建鋼板治療鎖骨中段移位骨折的臨床結(jié)果。方法: 回顧性分析了接受切開復(fù)位鋼板 內(nèi)固定手術(shù)治療97例單側(cè)孤立的閉合性鎖骨中段移位骨折(Edinburgh 2B型)患者的隨訪資料,其中37例采用直型鎖定重建鋼板固 定,60例采用直型普通重建鋼板固定。術(shù)后門診規(guī)律隨訪,比較兩組在內(nèi)植物失效和肩關(guān)節(jié)功能方面的差異。結(jié)果:鎖定鋼板組隨 訪6~12個(gè)月,普通鋼板組隨訪6~12個(gè)月。鎖定鋼板組有4例(10.8%)鋼板斷裂。普通鋼板組1例(1.7%)鋼板斷裂,1例(1.7%)發(fā)生 螺釘松動(dòng)。斷板率兩者相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。Constant-Murley肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分鎖定鋼板組82~95分; 普通鋼板 組83~97分。兩組療效相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:文獻(xiàn)回顧結(jié)合我們的臨床結(jié)果,我們不推薦使用直型鎖定鋼板 固定鎖骨中段移位骨折。
