摘要:
目的:探討非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死患者股骨頭供血?jiǎng)用}解剖類(lèi)型及其對(duì)發(fā)病的影響。方法:回顧分析了60例75髖經(jīng)旋股內(nèi)外 動(dòng)脈插管造影融通術(shù)治療的非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死患者股骨頭供血?jiǎng)用}造影資料,將其統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并與正常人進(jìn)行對(duì)比,歸納出患者 股骨頭供血?jiǎng)用}解剖走行特點(diǎn)及旋股內(nèi)、外動(dòng)脈起源類(lèi)型。結(jié)果:患者組股骨頭血供深外干型(占41.10%)多于正常人組(占25%); 而深全干型(占34.25%)則少于正常人組(占52.78%)。患者組旋股內(nèi)側(cè)動(dòng)脈多起源于股動(dòng)脈(占58.11%),正常人組多起源于股深動(dòng) 脈(占90.62%)。而兩組旋股外側(cè)動(dòng)脈同樣多起自股深動(dòng)脈。結(jié)論:非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死患者股骨頭供血?jiǎng)用}解剖類(lèi)型與正常人之 間存在一定差別,股骨頭動(dòng)脈的解剖類(lèi)型異常可能對(duì)本病的發(fā)生產(chǎn)生一定的影響。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the femoral artery anatomy types of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)and their relationship with the incidence of the desease.Methods:From April 2010 to March 2011,60 cases(75 hips)of non-traumatic ONFH were treated by internal and lateral femoral circumflex artery cannula angiography.The angiogram data collected in the surgery were analyzed and compared with femoral artery anatomy types of normal human.The features of vascular distribution in patients and their types classified by origin were generalized.Results:In the included cases,the type of femoral artery mainly consisted of Lateral- trunk(account for 41.10%)whose proportion was higher than its counterparts in normal people(25%)and All-trunk (account for 34.25%)whose proportion was lower than normal people(52.78%).The medial circumflex femoral artery of patients most commonly originated from femoral artery(account for 58.11%)that was quite different from control group whose artery originated from deep femoral artery(90.62%)in most cases.The lateral femoral circumflex artery of both groups inclined to equally originate from deep femoral artery.Conclusion:There are distinct differences between normal people and non-traumatic ONFH in femoral artery anatomy types.The abnormal femoral artery anatomy types are deemed to have certain impacts on the incidence of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
