摘要:
目的:探討高頻超聲檢查在周?chē)窠?jīng)損傷診斷中的作用。方法:采用高頻超聲診斷儀對(duì)32例周?chē)窠?jīng)損傷患者進(jìn)行檢查,記錄損傷神經(jīng)的聲像圖,并與健側(cè)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果:32例患者中,尺神經(jīng)損傷6例,正中神經(jīng)損傷5例,橈神經(jīng)損傷8例,臂叢神經(jīng)損傷7例,坐骨神經(jīng)損傷1例,腓總神經(jīng)損傷4例,脛后神經(jīng)損傷1例; 30例患者超聲檢查后進(jìn)行了手術(shù)探查,其中28例患者的超聲檢查結(jié)果與手術(shù)探查結(jié)果相符合。結(jié)論:高頻超聲檢查能對(duì)周?chē)窠?jīng)損傷的位置和損傷程度做出較為準(zhǔn)確的判斷,可作為診斷周?chē)窠?jīng)損傷的首選檢查方法之一。
