摘要:
目的:對比觀察愈髖丸和愈髖飲治療中青年股骨頸骨折的臨床療效,探討愈髖丸代替愈髖飲治療中青年股骨頸骨折的可行性。方法:將符合要求的100例中青年股骨頸骨折患者隨機分為愈髖丸組和愈髖飲組,每組50例。2組患者均采用切開復(fù)位空心釘內(nèi)固定加帶旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨術(shù),并于術(shù)后當(dāng)天開始按事先分組給藥,即愈髖丸組患者口服愈髖丸,愈髖飲組患者服用愈髖飲。6周后比較2組患者的癥狀體征、臨床療效及安全性。結(jié)果:①2組患者的癥狀體征比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(Z=-1.035,P=0.301)。②2組患者的臨床療效比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(Z=-4.234,P=0.662)。③治療期間愈髖丸組有1例出現(xiàn)胃脘不適,改為餐后30 min服藥后緩解; 愈髖飲組2例出現(xiàn)胃部飽脹,1例發(fā)生腹瀉。2組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.617)。結(jié)論:愈髖丸保持了愈髖飲的原有功效,具有較高的安全性,同時也解決了愈髖飲劑型落后帶來的問題,在臨床應(yīng)用中可以代替愈髖飲使用。
Abstract:
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effects of YUKUAN PILL with that of YUKUAN DRINK in the treatment of femoral neck fractures(FNF)in the young and middle aged,and to explore the feasibility of YUKUAN PILL in the treatment of FNF instead of YUKUAN DRINK.Methods:One hundred young and middle aged patients with FNF were randomly divided into YUKUAN PILL group(group YP)and YUKUAN DRINK group(group YD),50 cases in each group.All the patients in the 2 groups were processed with open reduction and internal fixation with hollow screw and bone grafting of iliac flap with deep circumflex iliac vessel pedicle.Patients in group YP were administrated with YUKUAN PILL on the day after the operation,while the others in group YD were administrated with YUKUAN DRINK on the same day.Six months later,the symptoms and signs,clinical curative effects and safety were compared between the 2 groups.Results:①There was no statistical difference in symptoms and signs between the 2 groups(Z=-1.035,P=0.301).②There was no statistical difference in clinical curative effects between the 2 groups(Z=-4.234,P=0.662).③During the treatment period,one patient with epigastric discomfort were found in group YP and relieved after changing the administration time to postprandial 30 minutes,and two patients with stomach fullness and one patient with diarrhea were found in group YD.There was no statistical difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the 2 groups(P=0.617).Conclusion:YUKUAN PILL can maintain original effectiveness and safety of YUKUAN DRINK.Meanwhile,those problems caused by backward dosage form were solved.As a result,YUKUAN PILL can take the place of YUKUAN DRINK in the clinic.
